Production (the 'designing' part of the process) varies depending on the project. Typically printed material (brochures etc) take 2-3 working days, logo design takes up to 3 weeks and websites 1-2 months. Once artwork has been approved, allow 10 working days for delivery of your consignment.
Each job has a maximum of two (2) proofs. After the second and final proof no further changes can be made without additional cost. Once a job is declared finished by the client and approved for it is sent to print.
Once you have approved artwork and your job is sent to print you have an obligation to accept the product unless it does not meet the quality standards or differs from the proof that was signed. A job cannot be printed until a signed proof sheet is received by Jasper Design.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure proofs are correct, the final proof-reading is the responsibility of the client. This also applies to websites built by Jasper Design.
If errors/corrections are found after it has been received from the printers then re-printing will be at the expense of the client.
All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery/receiving the goods. Jasper Design is limited to either repair or exchange of faulty or damaged goods and will not be liable for any associated costs. There will be no refund of delivery charges.
Graphic design and printing costs must be paid in full within 7 days of invoicing. Any outstanding invoices must be paid before new work or printing is ordered.
All web design jobs must be paid in full on completion of the job. Web hosting, domain, name and account details are not released to the client until the payment has been received in full for completion of your website.
Jasper Design accepts payments of cash, direct deposit and cheque.
If a cheque is dishonoured an extra fee of $20 will be incurred. If accounts are not paid within 30 days a $25 late fee will incur to chase the outstanding amount.

Jasper Design will do everything it can to resolve printing issues but stresses that the business does not do its own printing so cannot be held accountable for this area and we urge clients to organise work at least 2-3 weeks before it is needed in case of the slim possibility of errors or mishaps somewhere along the work line.
