How To Set Up Westpac Payway

Westpac requires that we make some modifications in the Westpac login area to fully enable the functionality of the software.

To set this up, setup your payment gateway details as you normally would in thewebconsole.com. Once you have done this:

  1. Sign into your payway account: https://www.payway.com.au/core/LoginView
  2. Click "Setup Net" on the left navigation panel
  3. Click "2. Setup"
  4. Select "Bill Payments/Shopping Cart - I need to pass across information from my website"
  5. Click the "Next" button
  6. Upload the custom files if you would like (optional)
  7. Click the "Next" button
  8. Enter the following for "Return Link URL Pre Payment" https://<preferred_domain>/process/payonline/westpac-payway/return.html?pid&return (replacing <preferred_domain> with your website's domain)
  9. Select "Redirect" for "Return Link Post-Payment"
  10. Enter the following for "Return Link URL":  https://<preferred_domain>/process/payonline/westpac-payway/return.html?pid&return  (replacing <preferred_domain> with your website's domain)
  11. Select "all" for "Return Link Payment Status"
  12. Leave the rest of the fields blank
  13. Click "Next"
