One of the great features that your site has is that as we update the tools on a regular basis, and unlike other web developers who will charge you additionally for these updates, they are included as part of your monthly fees. This essentially means that you wont have to buy a new website in 2 years time as your site will have updated as technology has improved.

We can do this as all clients share the same piece of software on the same servers. This approach also makes it less expensive to create your site, and as a result you get much more for less. 

One of the challenges that may come up is when you want to change the way this software works to suit you. We take an approach with these requests where:

1. If we can see that the change will benefit everyone then we will add it to our wishlist, or you can pay to have the change implemented as soon as possible
2. If on the other hand the change does not suit the rest of our clients, we unfortunately cannot change the software
