Adding an Agent to your Real Estate Software


You can add your Agents to your Real Estate Software in order to assign them to Property listings that they are looking after. This makes it easier for your customers to identify the best Agent to speak to when they have aquery about a property.

To Add an Agent to your Real Estate Software:

  1. Go to the Real Estate Settings tab when you are logged into your Website account.
  2. Click on the Agents tab.
  3. Click on Add Agent.
  4. Fill in the Form:
    • Name: the agent's name.
    • Picture: upload your agent's profile picture by clicking on Browse, finding the image on your computer, and double clicking on it.
    • Email: your agent's email address.
    • Telephone: your agent's telephone number.
    • Mobile: your agent's mobile telephone number.
    • Display Mobile on Website: choose Yes if you want the agent's mobile number to appear on your website under their profile, or No if you do not.
    • Fax: your agent's fax number.
    • Description: your agent's biography. You can format the text in this field using the Bold, Italic or Cross Out icons, numbered or bulleted lists, create links using the Link icon, or sub and super texts.
  5. Select Go back to agent list.
  6. Click Save.

Your new Agent will be added to your list of existing Agents now, when you create a new Property Listing, you can assign the Property to this Agent.
