Adding an Individual Contact


If you wish to add your contacts individually, then read this article. If, however, you have a long list of contacts to add (e.g. in your Outlook Address Book) then you are best off reading the Importing a Group of Contacts help article.

To add an individual Contact:

  1. Click on the Contacts tab.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Fill in the form. Any Custom Fields that you created earlier will appear in this form. Tick the boxes of any Subscription Groups you would like to add this client to. All required fields will be indicated with a grey bar next to the field.
  4. Select Return to this page.
  5. Click Save.

When the page refreshes your new contact will have been added unless there is an error notifcation at the top of the window which will clearly state that there has been an error in saving this contact.
